Hi, Cader

What a beautiful, well-written, and inspiring post you wrote. I agree with your every word, and I appreciate your thoughts.

I admit that many, if not all, of my losses can be attributed, at least in part, to mistakes I have made. I have made some pretty big mistakes, to be sure, and hopefully learned from most of them. I just wonder how many more I have to learn from <g>.

I think the most important thing for a trader to learn is which types of trades to avoid, which are the ones that put us in these difficult and precarious situations. And, of course, there's the issue of greed to be considered.

Your comments about reading the owners manual are right on target, too. I think whichever broker eventually proves to be the best broker will be the one who offers the degree of client training that these very sophisticated products obviously require.

I guarantee you that, this time next year, I will be trading with the broker who has the best operator manual and training. Presently, I don't know of any who do this properly. None. It's really a shame to have to learn something from a mistake you made (at the cost of maybe $1,000 or so) when the topic could have been covered in a paragraph in a training manual. How much could a good training manual cost compared to how much it would be worth to us?

Your comments were very, very interesting to read and I might say quite inspirational as well. Thank you for your words of wisdom, which I have printed for inclusion in my "trading" scrapbook.

Bill
