I believe that the preferred shares were to convert to common shares at the rate of 1 preferred equals 10 common shares. I think that a different SEC filing is required other than the 13/G-A to tag the transaction as such. We will more than likely see the same or similar filings from the Oak Investments Partners as well as Microsoft Inc. because it's required each quarter by the SEC.

I'm not splitting hairs or in disagreement with you. I read most SEC filings that pertain to my investments and sometimes they will intertwine in my mind. I think you are correct on the conversion time table, re: pre reverse split.

I think that I attended the same school that you did and graduated in about the same year del:-)
