Don't think this has anything to do with the dip. Wasn't public until after 5pm Friday. Not enough people in the know b4 hand that would be in the stock to cause this dip. IMHO. Me thinks the left hand didn't fully know what the right hand was doing. Please note the "qualifing" statement in the PR that "while discussions were going on..." etc. Appears to me to be a premature announcement. May even provide another buying op Monday, although I don't believe it will have much impact. It sure didn't help the price go UP when it WAS announced. Rich
