Hi Salt,

You're right - I think that people forget that this is a startup company that's going to get past the startup phase and actually sell something. Most juniors NEVER get past the startup phase. I know, I've been in tons of them in the mining sector. If you haven't already, you should phone Mitch Tarr, the new Sales & Marketing guy. I think that he's going to be a great addition to the Jaws team.
