Is this fact or opinion?

$450 miilion will be used to satisfy short term notes that are due as well as buy capital equipment.

If AMD continues to lose money, they will be back in the market, diluting the shareholders even more.

Remember - AMD now has ANOTHER $27,000,000 in YEARLY INTEREST EXPENSE TO SERVICE THIS debt!

That means that they have to earn an additional $27,000,000 in operating profits just to break even.

And you know AMD is not making a profit from operations.

AMD bond offering now closed. AMD gets another $517 million of equitity @ 37.00 a share.
