Melviticus, that is a short and succint question, however, the answer is complicated and long.....It is a good idea to go to the webpage for some information as well as the Info thread and then look at the press releases. After you have done all that then you may have a clue as to "what is keeping this ship up" as far as nasdaq listing goes..a number of scenarios are possible but, I don't know exactly when that will be discussed further or the exact plans that Mr.Chin, has in that arena of operation...... After you've read the releases and then try and make a valuation based on earnings for the year..give a PE of 10-20-30-40-50-100 For telco PE~40 for INTERNET PE~50-100+ then you can hopefully deduce why we are still extrememly undervaulued....

To ANY POTENTIALLY NEW INVESTOR to DGIV- PLEASE READ!!!! There ARE many reasons why DGIV is NOT like any other BB stock, and they really are too many to list at this time. Suffice to say that many of the long time investors have been here since the time DGIV was around 1.00 (or lower), and instead of getting out, we have been BUYING more as the price goes up, to the point where the SI-related investors have more than 60% of the TOTAL float!!!! In fact, many 'TRADERS" came to DGIV initially to trade but after realizing what a GREAT find this company, these "former" traders have now become LONG-TERM INVESTORS of DGIV. Now, assuming (I know, it is a dangerous thing to ASSUME!) that we know what we are doing (and from our records in real-life as well as in investing, most, or even ALL, of the investors on DGIV are successful in our chosen fields- In other words, we are NO FOOLS), one has to ask: What are these people seeing in DGIV that has kept them in it and even BUYING MORE??? THE ANSWERS are all in the DGIV threads. This weekend is the PERFECT time to read as much as you can from the threads. Why? 1-You have time to read and do your DD and think about DGIV 2-We are at the point of taking off again. Mr. Chin, the DGIV CEO, is coming back after a very long trip abroad with pending NEWS. In addition, DGIV is getting ready to launch another media push to increase its visibility along to maximize the value of its coming NEWS. 3-We WILL be leaving OTCBB world to join the NASDAQ BIG BOARD sometime in the future (think of the exposure- it is a precedent-setting move, IMO, to go from OTCBB to the BIG BOARD!!). The price will be kept UP by the company in order to satisfy the entrance requirements to the BIG BOARD. Furthermore, a move to the BIG BOARD will be "sponsored" by MAJOR UNDERWRITERS with the clout to lift a stock with as great a potential as DGIV! SO, READ THE DGIV THREAD-Many of your questions will be answered! A BIG PLUS - WE HAVE A GREAT THREAD WHICH IS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING DGIV PRICE UP TO THE POINT IT IS GETTING NOTICED (ALONG WITH THE HARD WORK WITH MANAGEMENT, OF COURSE).DO YOUR DD SOON, HOWEVER, SINCE NEXT WEEK SHOULD BE THE BEGINNING OF ANOTHER UPWARD RUN FOR THIS STOCK!!! BTW, Mel, how did you hear of DGIV? Also, after doing your DD, ask yourself: if DGIV is a brand new IPO, with everything going for it and in view of other recent high-tech IPO prices (e.g. ISSX, BRCM, etc.), how much would its IPO price be? Remember, DGIV has EARNINGS!!! Now, you see whyit is so UNDERVALUED and why the price keeps on going UP!!!
