TD:

Call VION (or use the link below) and ask to speak with the CFO, Tom Klein. If you let him or his assistant know that you're ticked about not receiving a package, I'm certain that you'll get what you need pronto.

He's very responsive. He knows that I was critical of early communications from VION, and he's provided "just the facts, draw your own conclusions" links for me in recent communications.

He's CFO..... I doubt that he has time to be an online company rep, but he should be able to build a fire under IR for you.....

Just for the record, I don't own VION.

BTW...... has anyone noticed that all records of the originator of this thread have been wiped clean?

ASCO is coming!

Rick

TDude:
I would not blame IR just yet. Even thought they are still a small operation (> 100 person), they may not directly send out Inv. Info pkges. They may just forward the request to a mailing house and count on them for the follow through.

I requested an annual report through the WSJ "Annual Report" service. It took 3-4 weeks to get to me, but I did receive it.

As far as up to date info on thier products and research, they have a pretty current web page (www.vionpham.com (?)) with resent articles and press releases. You could also find SEC reports (10K's etc) on the EDGAR system since all companies are required to submit electronic form reports.

BTW, the stockholders Annual meeting will be held next Tuesday, May 19th in New Haven, CT

I am bullish on this company but do not presently own any stock. Thier research looks very interesting and promising. They seem to be getting some nice funding as well.

Good luck on your info hunting.

Jim
