Tho we have already been down to 13 3/4ish area twice now. Maybe a little rally and one more test??? I see a pattern that has happened three times prior to this one. Each time it lead to higher prices. The follow-on move was from the consolidation low to a point slightly higher than the difference of the high and low of the last move. In this case that delta would be 5.625 points. Tack that on to 13.625 and you are near the all-time highs. Not quite yes, but the follow on move has exceeded the first delta each time.
