More dilution coming ..?? I am new to this thread (just discovered NUKE) and don't mean to be negative but from what I gathered today, it appears that the technology is very advanced (if it works and if Daimler Benz Aero is involved in it) However, they constantly need more money to fund the development of labs/offices etc. I heard (from Mike Skerry) that there is another offering for a total of about $1.5 M which would add about 3-6 Million new shares to the total (of about 20M) depending upon the price. If 504 is any indication, it could be at .20-.25 range but I am not sure.. He mentioned something about average price for last 45 days. Anyway, I would be watching this from the sidelines, for now. kkm.
