Motion to dismiss denied! Wedbush is a responsible party with Waldron. Now it's time for Ed Wedbush to worry that his firm and its capital are seriously at risk for aiding and abetting Waldron's illegal above market buy ins of IBUY. This is a landmark decision. It is probably less than 90 days until this trial is heard. Guess what? Time to count the days for Cary Perle and his BS IBUY and time for Ed to get his ostrich head out of the ground. If this happens, perhaps Wedbush will live to see another day, hell their revenues are already off significantly. If Ed does wake up, then Cary probably has to find a new place to clear his garbage. Now, who would want to clear for that dodo?
