Sergio,I can't figure it out(the growth numbers),read quite a few filings this morning trying to figure out why the diluted number dropped.I'm almost leaning to the acquistion agreements with the companies acquired last year,specifically Cal-Fast. There were added incentives(stock) if they reseached certain revenue goals. Perhaps the last quarter fully diluted number was higher due to higher expectations of the new companies. If they didn't meet those goals,or exceed them,the number of incentive shares issued would be less(resulting in a lower diluted number)...I don't know,hopefully we'll get a better filing..
As for those growth numbers-you got me<g>...DD
