TMK,

Mucho thanks for the info. I sent an email to MS talking about the current web site, since he spends so much time discussing issues with folks on the phone I thought he might respond to my note when it's convenient to him. We'll see, but based on what I'm reading from you, Bill F. III, the Wizard, Malcolm, Don, and others I'll understand if he's too busy to respond. Thanks again, to all the key contributors on this thread. Because of all of you, I think it's one of the best on SI.

Bill

EVERYBODY READ POST # 1599.

Thanks TMK, that is the same exact information I received. I am confirming your post because I needed at least one other person to call Michael and confirm what he told me.

Thanks very much,

Bill Fortune III

Good Afternoon/Evening TMK: A truly great post from you. Very well worded and organized. Excellent responses. Great thought provoking feedback and info from all.

Wow! This thread is really bubbling today - It's so hot we must be near boiling point. This is all very stimulating stuff. Now that we're the # 1 thread, intensity is increasing!

Gotta run out just now, but I will digest and respond later. I'll be sharpening my pen...

I think I may too have a nice surprise for you all

Don't know if this can top TMK though...

Still, I'll try not to disappoint

Have a great weekend

Rgds

TMK et all,
Below you find the Listing requirements for The Nasdaq SmallCap Market(sm), which I copied from smallcapinvestor.com
As you will see, FNTN still may have some issues to solve. A $4 minimum bid price is one of them. (I wouldn't mind.)
Cheers, Robert

Summary of minimum requirements for initial listing, effective March 3, 1997:

* Net tangible assets1 of $4 million, or market capitalization of $50 million, or $750,000 in net income for two of the last three years
* Public float of one million shares2
* $5 million market value for the public float
* 300 shareholders
* $4 minimum bid price
* Three market makers
* Operating history of one year or a market capitalization of $50 million
* Corporate Governance Standards such as: requiring a minimum of two independent directors on its board of directors; establishing and maintaining an audit committee with a majority of independent directors; holding an annual shareholders meeting; soliciting proxies for all meetings of shareholders; distributing annual and interim reports; utilizing the company's audit committee or a comparable body to review potential conflicts of interest; and requiring shareholder approval for certain actions

1 Net tangible assets are total assets less total liabilities and goodwill.
2 The public float consists of shares that are not held directly or indirectly by any officer or director of the issuer and by any
other person who is the beneficial owner of more than 10 percent of the total shares outstanding.
