To break an oil company, phone company and a software company is different. I do not know how can you break MSFT into two or three sub companies, thinking about the fact that they need so many software expert to develop each small portion of the OS . If MSFT get broken up, non of those sub companies can develop anything, and that is the end of continuing progress in window series OS, and the end of cheap OS for PC. Who will get hurt ? I think you know !!!
