Okay, thanks for trying, David. I think you are talking about the cooling effect that is similar to the time when the dinosaurs may have died out due to the after effects of a meteorite, which littered the atmosphere with so much detritis that their food could not grow. This would be really similar, I believe. It is not conclusive what happened to the dinosaurs, incidentally, or is that still just a very good theory?

Do we have any upper atmosphere scientists here at the moment? Someone who would care to comment?
