Dave....I appreciate the feedback. Good Stuff. So what do you think is happening here ? A lot of "supposedly" restricted stock hitting the market ? I've seen numerous 250,000 share sells on many occasions. O/S cannot be verified and that is becoming troublesome.
Ira is dodging this issue as it increases weekly. A lot of stock is available and it's becoming obvious now the printing presses in N.Y. are working overtime. There's definitely a selling pressure on this stock and all of it cannot be attributed to the MM's. So who received all this stock? Advertisers, publishers, Pr people, acquisitions , Ira's grandmother ???? WHO ???? Whoever it is, is selling into the excitement Ira is trying to generate. That's probably what is holding this stock down. Simple supply and demand. What a great concept!!!

Dave....Just to follow up. A perfect example. Friday 2,268,800 shares traded. -.02 cents. Applying simple logic around 1,000,000 shares were sold. Why all this selling when we can smell the financials ??? sniff...sniff...or maybe that's the pepperoni. Is this selling from investors, 1,000,000 shares from private investors??? NAH, Ira's cousins, HMMMMM. MM's shorting, not that many, SOOOO WHOOOOO?????

Dave, regarding MM manipulation. Some one on this thread posted a great link before concerning the same matter. If I remember correctly, a few Prudential brokers were recently sanctioned for price fixing on the NASDAQ National market. I personally do not think that supply and demand rain supreme. If they did, they we wouldn't need a spread and buyers and sellers could be matched evenly.

As an example, wouldn't it make sense within a pure supply and demand system to test higher asks? even as market orders are flooding in? It happens occasionally, but not to the same extent as others on this exchange. Maybe it is just me. Another anomoly is the wicked tight spread. At times it goes to within 1/2 a penny, or 0.005. Once it went to 0.004. What's up with that? What exchange on earth has a spread that small?

Jin.
