I Confess! According to an article about grass roots environmental activism in China that is referenced on the web site of the U S Embassy in Begjing, the China EPA has set up many of what are referred to as NGO's. According to the article these are "private" corporations set up by the China EPA to deal with environmental problems including remediation, As you probably are now aware, the CHINA EPA website does not offer a whole lot of info. I believe that we have been culturally conditioned to assume that everything and everybody worth anything must have a website. Larry, w'ere talking about the Northern Provinces of China here!
