I and others did the DD. They LIED on their 10s.. and don't tell me you shouldn't rely on the 10s. Both were run by people with the biggest Kahones imaginable...and they have gotten away with it. If you can't rely on a 10, you might as well give it up in the BB arena unless you have access to insider info because most of the other DD can easily be fabricated. TG

Point is that the issuing a 10'er only makes the fraud worse in terms of law. It has happened and will again. But there is not doubt (in my mind) that the new rules will make things less easy for the bad guys. I do not think Tradergreg doubts that LTGL is a co with products. -- Another mentioned that the stock would be great in 5-10 years - I'm not quite sure about that - It will certainly depend on development of products. The current smart-gigs are dayflys IMO. Fog-lamps and stuff like that might be the basis for the long term - All depending on quality. Kr Jens
