This may happen down the road after e-commerce really starts to pick up. With the improving federal budget this may not be an issue unless the government is looking at ways to help save social security and medicare. At that point CKFR should be much higher than it is now.

Perhaps, with all the positive effects of new technology on the economy we may not even have to tax the internet.

Does anyone have a magic wand (ms?).

This sort of reminds me of the mail order business where purchases across state boundaries are supposed to be taxed. Last time I bought my computer I saved money on the taxes since it came from out of state.

Q re Integrion/CKFR: I thought that CKFR had a 10 year contract with the Integrion banks for them to use CKFR (exclusively) for the next 10 years. So why is the "testing" of the MSFDC software - and possible use - permitted?? I do not understand this. By the way, I am very long CKFR.
