Aside, I dont think anything "sinister" is going on here. I think you just have a President who is doing a nice job growing a company, but is going to do it with shares... but also a President who isnt savvy in terms of the stock market.. he is learning .. slowly, but not savvy in ways of press releases, giving dates out, etc. Like I said before, looks like he was really counting on ATXI reverse to get the nasdaq listing, and get rid of 2/3 to 3/4 of the shares outstanding. That fell through so now your seeing the results. The next move should be interesting. FAMH... like a hermit crab... looking for the next shell to crawl into. Mark
