A few million shares is nothing if there is a perception to millions of Penny stock players that the one Penny stock. FAMH that they have been following and have been thinking about getting into will soon be reporting and indeed has been exspanding there buisness! There are many stocks trading at a buck that are allot risker and have less info posted!
