Kenith - Re: "Fab 25 made some limited number of 0.5um PLDs. "

1. AMD dropped the Fab 25 0.5 micron process in early 1995! It didn't work worth a damn - that's why they delayed the miserable K5 introduction for 18 months!

2. The 0.5 micron process was a LOGIC PROCESS!

3. AMD's typical PLDs are based on EEPROM TECHNOLOGY WHICH IS NOT AVAILABLE in FAB 25!

Re: "The 10K list for FASL2 is too conservative. This is because people like you will pick on anything and sue. This fab is supposedly to open sooner for 0.35um. "

TRANSLATION - YOU WERE COMPLETELY WRONG AND YOU ARE TRYING TO SNIVEL SO STUPID PEOPLE MAY THINK YOU WERE RIGHT!

Re: "rumors are flying that Intel is thinking of leaving Flash"

Rumors are flying that AMD knows how to make money.

Only fools would believe either rumor.
