totally agree tradergreg...i dumped some held on to alittle.....just to
see how far this fiasco would go...can't wait to see what these wall
street commando's are going to do next.....? really wanted to buy

I haven't been following CVIA very closely since the reverse split announcement. But it seems to me that if they go ahead with the reverse split next week, there will be less than 1 million shares outstanding. Then, even if the stock were to tank back down to 1 cent (not likely from $3 range?), the amount of shares dumped/created by the new Reg S conversion this Summer would only be approximately 142.8 million... thus not exceeding the amount authorized (assuming 150 million authorized).
