Mark; Isn't new age just another form of religion? also I do not know what U.U. is? So are we not just going around and around :-) As far as priests Rabbis ect.... I do not get involved with any of that but that is what is best for myself others can do as they chose. I think the major problem that many people seem to avoid is that they are far from perfect and if they have the attitude that the only solution to all their answers are themselves and they take the attitude that they know all the answers does that not fall into the same category that Satan believes about himself he feels he knows all the answers and that he is perfect. We are nothing compared to the one who created us and if we lack obedience it would only cause the same rebellion which satan caused thus he was thrown out of Heaven. Man is his own worst enemy and no matter how good you try to be you will never attain full eternity with the Lord without humility on your part and submission to his laws. There is no good enough or better than only submission and humility towards the one who created you. humility \hyu-mi-le-te, yu-\ n : the quality or state of being humble You cant know all and be Humble at the same time thus if you cannot submit to being imperfect (ask for forgiveness of sins) than how will the Lord be able to cast away the sin in ones life and restore it with a Humble and Wise Spirit that will be filled with his gift that was given to all. Mark, I've followed the sawdust trail up the social scale, and down the social scale. If you ever go looking for the pure Holy Spirit, if He CAN be found at this time, if He can be heard at this time over the bands auditioning in church houses everywhere for music careers and record labels, hopefully, if you can find a place you think HE might be, it probably will be down the social scale ladder, not up. Just my gut hunch based on years and years of tracking Him. :)
