higrader we have been in touch over at the ewk thread. have been quickly scanning the dialogues from the couple of days (havent monitored slup thread since halt). albeit the exchange is interesting, it is also confusing. i certainly had numbing feelings momentarily reading larry's link re excerpts from devenswatch from the ewk thread (political ploy to stop sludge plant by dredging up old news about company??) and some other info such as class action suit filing. this whole mess stinks of ill will and corporate politics to me. major points have been made on this thread to the credit of slup such as application for nasdaq listing, the epa approvals etc. i find the situation bizarre, and unfortunately it is casting a temporary pallor on earthworks in the meantime at a critical point realize that there is nothing new here but just my 2 cents as an earthworks shareholder only....
