Joe:

No need to apologize to me. And, with all due respect, I see it took Sam the Money waving his red cape to arouse you. Ole'. The Raging Bull is back!!

So, thanks Sam. Let's see you respond to Joe's comments. I have a feeling there will a lot of them from others.

By the way Joe, it's being rumored about that a financial reorganization of Airstar, Select Switch and maybe others is in the works. Anything to this?

Wes

*** Response From the NetWork ***

Hallelujah... Hallelujah... Hallelujah... Hallelujah...Hallelujah... Hallelujah... Hallelujah... Hallelujah...

As the welcoming committee representative I would like to ake this opportunity and give a very sincere big WELCOME BACK to our beloved Evangelist Lanza. Mr. Lanza on behalf of myself and thousands of other readers/participants of this thread Welcome back! Your absence was felt deeply and we do hope in the new era of rebuilding the faith you do continue to inform all of us who are so thirst for the water of truth about Xecom, Airstar Technolgoies Inc. (ATI), SSI (Whatever that is and its relation to ATI), and life in general. So again Welcome Back.

I do realize this is your first day back from a very long stressful period of re-building the network, however to re-establish our good relationship perhaps you can answer to the following somewhat primitive, simple and basic questions I submitted to director Dal (and then we will continue from there):

Once again Welcome Back!

This reporter recently came accross Mr. Joseph Lanza's web site and I was truly impressed with a wide range of responsibilities that he has taken upon himself (from the production of Airstar Technologies Inc. to the Exotic cocktail music)! For those who have not met Joseph Lanza please visit his web site at:

Mean while this reporter continues to anxiously wait for a clear answer (either from director Dal, and/or consultant/director Lanza) to some very basic primitive and simple questions with regard to Airstar Technologies Inc.

Also one more question. In the latest post made by Mr. Lanza, he states: "... current management saved the company for the shareholders." One may ask: Exactly what did they save the company from and how they did it (besides the name change)?!

And also a blast from the past and one more attempt in getting some answers to the following question: (in case Evangelist Lanza cares to respond):

TO JOE:

My initial response meant to be NO threat, just an observation. I am glad got you interested enough to come back and respond and once more show your (and the company's) ignorance on how vital it is to show appropriate level of responsibility in the corporate affair.

You may think that not filing the SEC required document on time is not a big deal. But these are the things one can show that the company is not taking their responsibilities seriously. Have you or your buddies ever thought of what would happen if ASTG got de-listed? That is the dooms day for the company. And that means you (ASTG) screwed around with people's investment. You and ASTG are responsible to us and don't you forget that. Now get off the pot and produce, instead of idle non-sense bull-shit you give people.

How do you know you have increased the assets or the revenue? Do we have audited financials? NNNOOOOOOOOOO!!

Get to work and change your attitude, you are a waste of investment dollars!!!!

Sam.
