Well TSISEVITES,

Look like we have a little cat and dog fight going on here and it is for ego's only, why don't both of you take your crap to the local boxing ring and get it on.

We don't need a messy divorce on this thread, TSIS isn't the background for Divorce Court.

ALSO, lets remember, when your a small company and lets just say that INTEL is the end customer. Intel will say release it on Tuesday when we have nothing else to release. But if a major 500MMX breakthrough happens, they will announce that and then say well, lets wait till Thursday for yours, then i something else they deem is more important to THEIR SHAREHOLDERS comes up, well you get the picture.

Just sit tight and the rest of you that can't wait, sell and i'll buy your shares.

Timo

Go ahead and report me... I'd love to talk w/ the SEC... I often
do just to be sure I'm not doing anything in my newsletter or here
that I shouldn't be...

there's nothing wrong with a company saying that they should have
some announcements soon... if there is... then every company I've
ever talked to just about is in trouble... alot of people when they
call a company like to ask if there will be any announcements forthcoming that will keep investors current on what's taking place
at that company... take care all.. Janice's.. now Taste Like Chicken... I'm gone. Good luck w/ these characters...

JANICE...JIM>>>>>> Both of you please...I and others here are serious investors...open to information, but not to bullshit. If you two, and I know neither of you, have a problem with each other, then take it to private posts or email or whatever...Personally, I do not want to hear rumors or hype. If you don't have FACTS to post please don't bother.

I value my time and have little of it and I do do not intend to spend it reading a bunch of BS bickering posts!

Anyone else care to comment on this?

Janice, Many Companies readily admit or announce that they PLAN TO or WILL RELEASE news on some future day. Some even give a SPECIFIC DATE, and TIME OF DAY!

Nothing wrong with that at all!

The Company can even tell, generally, what the releases will be about, although they shouldn't disclose specifics and details prior to the official release.

BUT even if they DID give a little inside "heads up", (which I don't believe Jim said they did) what's wrong with the LITTLE GUYS (US) getting some info once in a while?

The BIG HOUSES send their analysts in to have PRIVATE MEETINGS and PAID-FOR LUNCHES with the Company CFOs and CEOs and they get to see the Company books opened exclusively to THEM. Then they run back to their Big Full Service Brokerages and tell their best clients (i.e. the ones who pay them the big fat commissions) of all the info they learned, including their profit projections, future developments, potential mergers etc etc. Then THIER CLIENTS BUY or SELL on that information - which is NOT AVAILABLE TO US, THE LITTLE GUYS.

And what does the SEC do about it? They probably join the Big Boys for paid-for Lunches at Lutuce, what else?

Colin
