Oh, Janice, how unfair of you. Why, he says right there that he would never hype nothin' "I just wonder if PENNYSTOCK and TOP DOG newsletters would REALLY be dumb enough to pick a stock and try to pull off a pump/dump scam... people see right through that kind of thing... so we (TOP DOG) are very confident about our picks and don't feel we've ever hyped or p&D a stock.." At least, I think that's what he's saying. There does seem to be a bit of a caveat, though; "sometimes things go wrong and the company misleads us or things beyond anyone's control happens.." Well, yeah ... force majeure .... you can see how that kind of thing could happen.
