Hey Just stopping by - Did I read it right or did these buys pull ANOTHER REG S on you folks for 1,150,000? You can BET that the past REG S money has gone into these guys pockets and this $1.1mm will be a sign-on bonus for their new friends. When the convertible debentures are converted, and sold into the market, The share price will get crushed. The reverse split will be much higher than 300/1. When will the BS end here?

Pure blood, The thing about all this is there are so many scam stocks and so much investor abuse on the OTC, most people no longer view it as investing but gambling. This is not right... These are real companies supposed doing real business supposed on the open markets to generate capitol to expand their business and grow, while allowing the investors also to grow, of course there is risk. But this is not risk, this is blatant manipulation its that simple, I can afford the loss, but I have decided to make an example out of these guys. That earlier post summed up what is wrong with the OTC system, dont rock the boat and dump this screwed up stock on some unsuspecting investor, business as usual, let the crooks and thieves get away with it. You know I am not trying to save the world and I really dont give a rats a$$ what anyone thinks of my posts or me in general. I am looking out for my own interests. But I do hope Jack and the WOTD crew will have a good nights sleep, realizing the damage they have done to honest investors, people that invested their time and money in Jack and this little company CVIA... only to see it squandered and slip away due to managements own incompetance and greed. I sure hope some ones house doesnt get foreclosed, or they loose something of importance because of Jacks decision or WOTD greed. I do not intend to let these people profit from these moves, money be damned, If a lawyer takes ever penny thats fine with me... as long as some dis-honest business people are shut down and the company is off the trading markets.
