He's aware of some basic principles 1. that stocks go up and down 2. penny stocks go up and down in more meaningful percentage terms 3. there's a sucker born every minute 4. you don't have to fool 'em all, just a few, and only for a short while 5. you can make a whack o' money off these suckers 6. nobody cares anyway (this one could be weak as a principle) We see so much of this stuff on the junior markets here in the Great White North. It's kinda nice to see that the world is the same all over, don't you think -g-
