Charles, Thanks for the kind words and the concurrence, along with the gesture. But I'm afraid that my consultant's ethos would prevent me from accepting any such a bounty as you have so generously suggested at this time. Nice thought, though. I've read your posts with interest throughout the threads and have seen that you are no stranger to large-scale platform roll-outs. I would imagine, then, that you have more than just a cursory feel for what I meant with regard to the "scale" of activities and the scope of what goes into any legitimate wide area, multi-carrier, multi-vendor undertaking, such as the one being discussed here. It looks simple in the block diagram flows and on the project time lines, but the devils lurk in the details, and beyond. Certainly do-able, but extreme diligence and know-how are required if across-the-board quality is to be preserved. Thanks again, and Regards, Frank Coluccio
