I don't know if it's the best Bank on the Internet, but as far as I can tell it's the only pure Internet bank. There are other so called Internet banks, but they are owned by banks with bricks and mortar (which defeats the purpose IMO). Some former CheckFree/SSI executives are helping run the bank, which gives me another level of confidence.
