To All -- I spoke with management today briefly. The Alex Brown conference is going on this week in New York City and PARS will be making its presentation tomorrow, Thursday, (Lag B'Omer for those of us who observe such things ;-) Also, you may hear that a company director sold 11,667 shares, his entire position, last month. This is true. Director in question is Stephen C. Knight, 38 years old, and I have been told he needed the funds to pay his wife's college tuition. Knight is an MD, rather young to be on a board and probably has kids, so I believe this account. Based on information provided by my broker, I think the shares sold were recently acquired through the exercise of stock options. And, by the way, keep posting thoughtful messages on the board. This was my first phone call into the company (previously I have e-mailed), and I got the certain feeling that management reads this thread. David and Yosi would, I believe, concur.
