In response to my enquiry I received the following message from orbital,in case in anyone is interested.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Hello Mohan Marette:

Thanks for your e-mail message. Let me address your inquiries one at a time.

1. The private investors ("the little guys" as you referred to them)are fully abreast of news from the company. We take seriously our obligation to disclose information on a non-selective basis.

2. We are finalizing the testing of the next batch of eight satellites to be launched aboard Pegasus. We don't have a certain launch date yet, but it currently looks like a mid-July timeframe. Obviously, it is better to take a little extra time now to do all we can to ensure that the satellites will perform as planned, rather than rushing the process to meet a self-imposed deadline.

3. The ORBCOMM IPO process is continuing apace. See Edgar for yesterday's filing with the SEC of Amendment No. 1 to Form S-1. Currently, if we get the go-ahead from the SEC this week, we plan to begin the "road show" sometime next week. If everything goes as expected with the road show, that would lead to a pricing and a T+3 share trading date toward the end ofJune.

4. As for "defending" the share price, we can't "manufacture" news to
support the "short term" share price. Orbital is committed to long term shareholder value as we continue to build what we believe is a
one-of-a-kind company positioned to capitalize on the rapid development of the commercial space industry.

We thank you and your fellow shareholders in advance for your support over the coming months and years.

Best regards.
