Capt. Glenn Commander : I respectfully request to be relieved of my post. There are 2 among us who have shown more guts and honor than I. I propose William Brotherson and Scottoo share the rank of commander weapons officer. I am satisfied to be ships bartender and no rank needed. MARK C.

Hey everyone. In my spare moments I've searching the web for more data. Most can already be found somewhere in all these posts. I still conclude the following.

We are in the beginning phases of a multi-billion dollar industry called Internet Telephony that will take a 20% bite out of telecommunications people like AT&T.

Internet Telephony is expected to grow 143% per year.

75% of the market is in the "emerging economies"

In most of these "emerging economies" only 1 to 2% of the population have a phone. The growth rate is great though @ 20% per year.

DGIV markets to these "emerging economies" and provides solutions that are win-win-win for the telcos/governments/DGIV.

As mentioned by several different sources there are at least six contracts either done or being worked on. Each contract ave. $1M/mo revenue, that's 72M. We guess $50M for CY98.

With the predicted industry growth and additional contracts, we could have a BILLION dollar company on our hands within 5 years.

HOT company in a HOT market...got ta love it!
