I cant answer that because it would cause me to speculate. You are correct to assume a dilution in many cases only if they are trying to raise money. That is not the case as of yet . Many institutions buy off the open market every day to think that is only done to raise money or dilute stock is absurd. If indeed Paul has institutions interested that would ondeed mean times are a changing .....Look if we had institutions (previously )in they sold.....Remember the Alamo ( Bre-x ) and we went to 50 cents.....That was not off light volume like me you or me....:-) cheers
