TCI has been telling the business media the Fall for quite some time. Thats because they don't expect widespread internet capability will be available to then. Thats why Hausser once posted that we are the best and almost only thing thats ready to go. Even if we don't go to July we will still be one of the earliest digital networks.
We are way ahead of almost everything and that is the cause of continued delays.
