Err... Jaz discs ARE Iomega technology. Iomega invented Jaz, and owns the rights to them. If you want a clean break from Iomega, the 2.1 Gig Orb drive from Castlewood is expected to come out next month, and is faster and cheaper than Jaz. $199 for the drive, and $29 per 2.16 Gig disc. And, much faster than Jaz or SyQuest.
