From the SEC filings and a little math the value per
share I come up with for ARXA is .002.
Looks like they sold some shares recently to pay bills. (Assumption)
They have 3 deals they are recently working on. One recent
deal was canceled. Don't know why. They also received
$300 to $500 thousand on a sell of a lease I believe in
Olka.

I would need more info from your source to make a decision.
The price seems high. But I could be missing something.
