Given the fact that we don't have a current balance sheet, how do you know that Ira is not getting $0.50 or even a $1.00 in value for each $0.40 share he is issuing?

Only an idiot would give away shares and not get anything in return. I will give Ira the benefit of the doubt until it is proven that these share issuances are detrimental to shareholder value (via the first quarters balance sheet, which will be out by June). ;>)
