Infoman, you continue to ignore the questions and issues which are being presented.

Did De Beers attempt to contact or notify any of the Heirs, during there study of the M1.

Statement from De Beers: Cumine claimed the company discovered the Marsfontein anomaly, as the find is called, in the mid -1980's "at a time when De Beers was not interested in small diamond claims."

Thanks for the information regarding Randgold, it's old data.

Any studies for environmental purposes, could probably be confirmed by de Beers, since they had initially discovered the site. Further, it wouldn't be your responsibility or that of NGS, I thought you sold the Mineral rights ?

Infoman @ Gull: Hearing any information.

Something must be happening as the bids are building and no stock is showing up for sale. Maybe SUF has dotted the i's and crossed the t's. Dominion seem's to be buying and don't they have a analyst from South Africa that has following the stock for them.
