I seriously doubt Seagate, ATT, et al would sign a contract with a company that didn't have all of its I's dotted and T's crossed. They do plenty of DD.

Chaz, <<<OFF TOPIC>>>

As I understand the facts, the financials HAVE been submitted to the SEC and their review process can take a month or even a little longer for first time reporting companies, so all you have said about financials was for nil.

As for being concerned about other investors, don't bother yourself. Each of us are individual investors and make our own decisions based upon what ever basis we care to use. I believe all of us in the pennies know it is a risky business, but can bear fruits. So...We are all aware of the risks and for the most part we enjoy making our own decisions and deciding on the risk factors in each of them. I personally do not care for you to be concerned for me one little tiny bit. I am my own boss and am responsible for my own actions.

As for numbers of posts, I would rather there only be 3 posts of value rather than 300 of BS.

If you are not short, who pays you?

Jim J

<<The very idea that as far back as six weeks ago, you all began expecting financials beginning April 1 or thereabouts, then the next week, well maybe toward the middle of the month, they've been delayed, Canadian auditors you know, well not till another week..."auditing small companies creates "liability" problems"...and so on. Don't you people recognize a "con" when you see one? My real concern is that some relatively new investors have got the rent money in here hoping to make a killing that really isn't going to happen.>>

Chaz, I don't understand your above posting. The quarter did not end until April 30; therefore, financials could not possibly be ready before the quarter ended. There is no way they could be ready for release until the middle of May at the earliest, no matter who the auditors were. You are referring to the problem that was had with the annual numbers coming out after the fiscal year ended July 30. The financials are in no way late ... I would not even consider them late until 45 days after the quarter ending.
