The news release from May 5th clearly states the following:

SAN DIEGO, Calif., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Interactive Telesis (OTC Bulletin Board: TSIS) is pleased to announce that its partnership with AT&T (NYSE: T) and, particularly, its Executive TeleConference Division, was further solidified when ITI was able to immediately provide additional call replay capacity during AT&T's recent switching network difficulties.

This news release popped up on a search for AT&T news on PR Newswire!

AND where does it say anywhere that AT&T won't let TSIS announce that a contract exists! WHERE! The above release cleary states what it clearly states that TSIS provides services for AT&T. SO WHAT IS YOUR POINT? OR DO YOU EVEN HAVE ONE? I get a big kick out of people who show up mysteriously as do-gooders trying to protect the investment interest of others! You know what they say " IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT YOU SEE THAN GET THE FUNK OUT!"

Be careful here. AT&T *has* permitted TSIS to announce that a business deal exists; it is another company that it "rumored" to have declined.
