I do not know what Santi is trading at. 400:1 I would not be happy about what so ever. I hope I never own a stock that reverse splits.

I don't know much about San-Ti just $30 million in revenues. However at pre-split 0.05 this makes post-split $20. The press releases indicate 8.9 million shares post-split. See this ? I like to invest in low PSR plays (price to sales ratio). I personally could get into Santi if it is BELOW $1 POST - SPLIT.

The pre-split price is WAY-too high for me to get in. Also MCYX has to emerge from Chapter 11 first. Too many uncertainties and too high a price pre-split. Sorry that I can't give a positive outlook - because I just don't see it..
