OKAY Joe, (ICAR)

That was very nice and brought a tear to the wife's eye. Happy Mom's day to you and your's.

Just a note to BK about ICAR. over 50% of stock is owned by one institution. Only one insider buy in the last 6 months and no insider sales in the last 6 months. The biggist downside to what I've seen is a -78% in eps from last years Q from .23

On the upside there is 10.65 in equity per share, the co is estimated to grow long term at .15% while industry is expected to grow at .12% rate. Beta is below 1, price to sales is below 1, price to book is below 1. Long term this looks to be a very defensive stock as it has not had any real volatility in the last 3 years. $7 lows and $13 highs for the last three years appears to be the range, no matter what happens to the co.
