They did it at .07 but since they were merging with a decent size company such as I have heard Santi, they didn't need to make such a big split.

Reverse splits do not cause a short cover. Now it is is an individual that is one thing but a MM there is only two ways to mkae them cover I have learned.

1.) Buying steady buying keeping the price on a good even plane and thus causing the short (MM or Individual) to get tired of the negative balance and then cover. MMs will cover when their capital marketizations are affected and it starts affecting their MM status.

2.) Calling for certificates then only the few that don't call are the ones that capitalize.

Now other than that I do not know of a way. You can force out individuals but Professional I doubt it.
