HAPPY MOTHERS DAY !!!!!!!!!!!! To all mothers of the world (especially mine who is retired in Hawaii) and of course, our MOM (Juanita) Captain Glenn, Special Operations, Assault Team Leader Rico here, reporting back to the bridge from some much needed R & R., ready to tackle the evil MM empire, ready to once and for all eradicate our DGIV world from their terror and mayhem. Finally had a chance to catch up on all the posts, COMMENTS: Lazarus Long, post #4697 - Most excellent eulogy for dearly departed DGIVinvestor William Brotherson, post #4744 - A extremely beautiful anecdote on this "very special" day Macker, post #4757 - Thank you for this exciting prognosis for the coming week or two. Looks like our "starship" is about ready for the "biggest" journey of its young life. Rocketman, you have to see to it that all engines are "ready" for take-off. Captain Glenn, I am off to get my morning work-out in, before watching the 1998 World Champions Los Angeles Lakers, take care of the Sonics. Thanks to all for the Mother's Day wishes....and once again, thanks to macker for his exciting predictions! I've been thinking of the different types of Moms on this Mother's Day. There are 4 main types of Moms. There are good Moms who are living.....good Moms who are not living.....not so good Moms who are living....and not so good Moms who are dead. Therefore, Mother's Day means different things to different people. For the most fortunate ones, it is a day to truly show the love they feel for their good Moms. For those whose good Moms are no longer with them, it is a day for remembrance....a day to cry a little...but still a day to feel much love. For those who have not so good Moms who are still living...it is a day to perhaps grit your teeth and bear it. But if you can, give her a call anyway. You will not be sorry. Even if she doesn't act as though she appreciates it, deep down inside she will. And you will have the knowledge that you did the right thing. For those who have not so good Moms who are dead....it is a day to begin to try and forgive. It is nature's way for mothers to love their young. Those who are not able to show this love are lacking in some aspect....and the important thing to remember is that it is NOT YOUR FAULT! Begin to heal yourself by first forgiving...and then showing kindness to others who might be lonely too. And to all you "kids" on this board! My Goodness! You all are WONDERFUL! People of whom any mother would be proud! I am honored and delighted to be the "Mom" on this spaceship. But a good Mom is first and foremost a good friend. I hope that as time goes by that each of you will come to consider me yours. MOM

Folks, I want to commend everyone including the "lurkers" (we know who you are), for their Patience and support over the past few short weeks It has been an exciting journey,filled with suspense,surprise revelation and vision. I have several points I feel are paramount to maintaining the high level of interest and support for going forward. I also want to remind everyone of the KEY points we need to remember going forward. I must first remind everyone, that I feel it is still Important to request your stock certificates, and the extreme importance of NOT having Stop Losses.. Remember that the MM's can see those on their screens and will try to tank the stock on low volume IF, given the opportunity they will and then return to a higer level, only to leave those folks wondering what happened to their shares after DGIV has long since left that level... We had 2 incidents where they were able to get ~300K shares by that type of move..DONT LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN. I can not over-emphasize the importance of previous press releases and exactly what they revealed..pay particular attention to the JD International aquisition...they are currently providing LD service to areas and since our takeover we continue to provide the same services to those areas however, we will be using a much more profitable form of transmission VOIP. I want to thank, MARKC, Rocketman and macker, for their informative posts today and remind everyone that Qwest/LCI and other Large telco's have NOT penetrated the areas where we are! Furthermore it should be noted that from countries such as Russia we will be using satellite technology and twisted pairs to get our calls onto High speed fiber from there to the states using "leased lines" that will piggyback the fiber to cross the atlantic.. and terminate in the states... The costs of those lines will be defrayed by our rates which will be considerably lower than currently provided by traditional means and thereby remain a profitable yet economical alternative for all whom we service in Europe and Russia. Remember first to market is KEY to obtaining Market Share! We Know that JC was in Vietnam, we also know that he was Requested to go elsewhere in the region(SE-ASIA) during the past 2 1/2 weeks... We have yet to see Details of various contracts involved with JD International..now Digitcom..and the areas they serve... We are also looking to see more Detail's of the Indonesian-Telco Aquisition. Also, we know we have a "POP" in Australia...yet, we do not know the exact "plans" for that POP and the relationship we have with NETCO-CWIX-UUNET....... macker, eluded to the fact that YES we have been making aquisitions and have yet to learn who our Partner is in these and perhaps other possible aquisitions..... we do know that BDO is the worlds 7th largest International accounting firm and they are "closing" deals for us.... We also know that our JV partner INDOSAT owns a majority stake in Global Link ~19.1% and that AT&T has had defections from their ranks because of VOIP and it's GROWTH potential over the next Several years. We also, know that Merril Lynch handled the deal for INDOSAT's aquisition of their stake in Global Link. We expect that JC, could be back as soon as monday, however considering the length of time he has been away from the mother of his 3 boys, It would seem reasonable that he may want to give her as well as the boys his attention before, to going right to work. Afterall, he's been working forever or so it seems to bring DGIV to the World... having said that, I would not expect him to be in the office before wednesday.....even if he returned on monday. I do know that he has often surprised my expectations on more than one occasion. Someone asked what do I expect over the next week or two and the short answer is my time frame is 6-18 mos I have expectations for that time frame and my immediate term expectations are mote since I am long the stock... I will however, provide a scenario which I feel may occur... I think the shorts are in over their head and have no idea who they are dealing with and are "confused at best" and will be horrified to learn that their worst nightmares will indeed come true. I don't expect any news..I love surprises...$%#@&^^%(code). That way I won't be dissapointed.<VBG> I think Monday, we will see the mm's try..and test our strength and perhaps begin to cover in earnest if they are smart,but, knowing them they will wait "to see the whites of our eyes" and only prolong the agony and pain they are about to experience. There are some HUGE players/finiancial backers behind DGIV, that will soon take this company to another level most likely in an entirely new Solar System. Follow the MONEY! that will tell all...Yes, as macker, stated we have yet to hear who they are and we KNOW it aint DHARMA! I have a few guesses.......but that is only speculation and rather than be wrong and accused for misleading everyone I will hold my fingers and let thecompany do the talking.... I also, need to let EVERYONE know about 2 items of special importance 1) I will be off line from 4pm today until 8pm Monday evening.. I have to work and won't have access, there is one MD where I am going that I may be able to get on line but remember I'll be at work for thr Next 24hours........ I will remain in touch and hopefully macker, will be able to keep me abreast of theings...... So DONT PANIC when you dont see me..cause I'm working!......
