<<< I have one question a rate of $125 was quoted as TAVAs rate. I thought a while back TAVA raised
its rates to Approx. $160. Can anyone clarify? >>>

Previously Jenkins said TAVA had been getting as high as $160/hr, but that was not an average figure. Remember, TAVA will "cut deals" with large clients. Actually, $125/hr--as an average figure--is higher than I thought. That Jenkins would say this average could go 100 bucks higher is phenomenal.
