<<<<I think I will soon start scaling into some of the closed-end Asia funds

...yep, taiwan and singapore seem to be turning the fastest. korea is trying, thailand is gasping but our of intensive care and indonesia is getting worse--fast.

..as for japan, it has not turned the corner yet. if bank debt is BIGGER than we realize (which is possible) look for a sell-off to 14K?

...that being said, a sell-off in japan, followed by permanent tax cuts, throwing hashimoto out, and some more deregulation and japan could be a buy.

..watch the elections next month. if hashimoto is replaced by a reformer, this could be the start of the upturn. if hashimoto is still in power, the banks are worse, then japan will drift lower.
