Good observations concerning the industry.

Somewhere between 25-30 might be a good
entry point after the split. Yeah, it is
pretty optimistic. But safer for the reasons
you pointed out in the short term.

I'm all cash right now and just watching
for a good time to get in long or short.
Only one order in at the moment, ISLI
at 14 9/16.

It is important to note that the 140 million AZPN paid for Chesapeake was a stock-only deal...AZPN stockholders are footing the bill for the acquisition!

Still have a hunch that if this stock "corrects" downwards a good bit, to a more reasonable valuation, they'd be attractive to someone like Oracle, who clearly needs something like ITWO's products in their stable if they want to take on SAP in the enterprise applications business. Keep a watchful eye!
