I would like to post this message privately to each and every one of you who has called me a liar, but in the interest of time, I'll just send one message. Let's take a serious look at each of the aforementioned trades and then you can decide for yourself whether you were wrong in calling me a liar or not and you can a) be a man and post your apology publicly, or b) post your apology in private to siliconinvestor@odessanet.com.

AAPL traded in the 12 range on 12/23 and continued to bounce around in that area until 12/31. If you want Time and Sales, I can pull them off PC Quote and email them to you, but I cannot copy them to this message because they won't cut/paste. I thought a screen shot would be a bit cumbersome. Around this time, there was major uncertainty surrounding Steve Jobs tenure. If you believe in paranoia-euphoria, you would have found this stock...

ANN traded under 12 on 1/26 and again on 2/13. Same thing for Time and Sales. I've followed this company for 3 years, and you might want to note the same thing that happened this year has happened the last two years. Something about history repeating itself, I guess.

ALTR traded under 30 on 1/9 and again on 1/26 and 1/27. I follow ALTR, XLNX, LSCC very closely. High betas...

ORCL traded around 17 on 1/12. This stock has been recommended various times during the year by another SI user and a fellow Cybertrader trader, Dr. Risk. You can usually find him in the SOES, Level II, or Cybertrader threads. At the time, there was a good article in the Red Herring about database companies -- ORCL, IFMX, SYBS were all getting hammered.

I believe you should also take a look at my original message -- you'll notice the notation +/-. I was not being exact, I was outlining the strategic trade. My suggestion is that if you want to gain an understanding of how to pick high/low points for stocks, you keep a calendar from year to year on exactly when stocks hit these points. Each day, I enter new data into a series of spreadsheets and tools on 250 stocks. I read all the 10-K's on these stocks. Of those, I follow about 50 very closely, and of those I buy no more than 5. This isn't magic, just hard work and dedication.

Regarding executions, my "long term" trades are done with various Web-based trading systems. My day-trading is done through Cybertrader. If you've never heard of Cybertrader, you should check it out. SOES, Selectnet, ISLD, TNTO executions. Buy on the Bid, sell on the Ask if you are quick.

Maybe someone can offer some interesting, new, exciting information about the stock ASND and quit the playground bulls*it. I'm pretty sick of being called names...

Ann Taylor only hit 20 3/4 for a few seconds or a minute or two at most. The only way to get his prices is on GTC orders - on both entry and exit.

BTW, over 100,000 shares traded over 20 1/2 during the time span of 15:23 to 15:40 on ANN on Thursday. Execution is the chariot of genius.

Good luck...sounds like you need it.
